Noferin

Over the years, I've had the pleasure of meeting some amazing artists and simply great people. The Australian duo known as Noferin is both. While in town for their nearly sold-out solo show at Copro/Nason Gallery, Nicho and Candy spent an afternoon with me hiking around with one of their Pecanpals characters. We got our feet wet finding the perfect spot to shoot Pandacake for her showcase in the upcoming Hi Fructose #8.

Nicho can be seen below as he expertly tosses flowers into the scene:

For all the fellow art lovers and hikers out there, the Culver City Artwalk is coming up on May 31st. I'm pleased to announce that a few of my pieces are being shown by the Corey Helford Gallery, including the bouncy-ball filled "Wish Come True." This weekend will mark a rare opportunity to pick up a print from the edition of ten. I recommend contacting the gallery early to reserve one.
