Turtle Camper

The Turtlecamper lives inside its head and has traveled the world at a slow and steady pace.

A few years ago I had the pleasure of shooting Jeremy Fish's first vinyl figure, the sillypinkbunnyvan. The photo remains one of my favorites, as does the location. I was more than a little tickled the other night seeing the "Here It Is" sign of Jackrabbit, AZ paid tribute to by Pixar's Cars.

Whereas the Bunnyvan felt right underneath a sign that pointed right to him, Jeremy's newest figure seemed a bit more solitary. Seen above is the wonderful Turtlecamper manufactured and distributed by the fine folks at STRANGEco as he wanders the desert.

The photo is another sneak peek at the View-Master® coming out in the summer issue of Hi-Fructose. Not to toot my own horn, but it really does look amazing in 3-D!!! Subscribe now to make sure you get to see it!
