Just Ducky

Well, the pop culture explosion that is San Diego Comic Con is over. Aside from the joy around seeing a lot of familiar faces, I met a number of insanely cool folks. For those of you that didn't make it, I can't recommend the trip enough for next year.

With the work and travel schedule of the last few months, it's been somewhat challenging to find moments to really relax. Happily from home to hotels, there is the bliss of a warm bath with some good music to decompress and reflect.

Ducky there has been a tub side companion for many years now, so it felt right to pay homage to him and my little refuge in this month's ePostcard.

A giant thanks to Chris Lang for the use of her legs in the shot. Aside from enduring the...um...awkward camera placement, Chris deserves an award for sitting in not very warm water for as long as it took to get the shot just right. I hope you enjoy it!

And also a thanks to everyone that entered the "Your Strange Friends With Photos" Giveaway both online and at SDCC! The contest ends on August 1st, so there is still a little bit of time to sneak in an online entry if you haven't all ready.
